i think i'm done. i've spent the last five hours screwing around with the style editor trying to get this to cooperate. if you see any glaring errors or anything that looks funky, let me know.

must pimp out shoebox_project. absolutely gorgeous marauder interaction. sirius makes me laugh out loud and remus... i just want to snuggle, mustard chocolate and all.

it's things like that that make me wish i was more imaginitive on the creation side. i do my best work when i have something to go from, but trying to come up with any sort of plot other than a "hey, that'd be interesting," simply doesn't work. i'd love to be more active in the fandom; i think i just need to find my niche. anybody need a beta?

i know i haven't updated in forever, it's been kind of hectic here. i'll be done with school in a week and a half, at least until i find out if i've been accepted into washington university in st louis or not. still have to figure out what music i'm going to play at santi's grandparent's anniversary party. good news: i finally got to move over to the tech bench at work, such a relief. no more, "i want to return this phone i got three years ago and i don't have my receipt." now i get, "i wanted to talk to one of the computer guys"... retail still sucks.

it's starting to look like i'm not going to get the wedding i wanted. my mother is being a bitch about the whole thing, my grandmother keeps asking me when i'm going to call it off, and my other grandmother is horrified i'm marrying a "diego" [read:italian]... the wonders of having a nazi for a relative, literally. and i wanted this so badly. we'll just have a big thing some anniversary down the road when i'm a ccie and making the big money. riiiight.

i've got all the wonderful ideas for icons and wallpapers in the works. i've been in this linkin park mood lately and just about everything reminds me of somebody in hp. or angel. or lotr. you get the idea.

speaking of the avs... this is just fucked up. i realize hockey can be a violent sport, but damn. this whole thing should never have happened. there's a big difference between getting into a fight on the ice and blindsiding someone because of a scuffle earlier.

been mildly bored today. got out of class early and have been making icons. got bunches o' ideas for animated ones, but i haven't quite gotten the motivation to install a gif editor. notes at the bottom for each.
