work
got moved to a new building, rather, two of them, full of engineers who by the time they need assistance have the most fucked up issues on the planet. or they've just flat-out broken something. :/ oh, and it's twice as busy. *cries* at the very least, i know i won't get bored, i have a ginormous office, and i have one of the nicer cafeterias on campus. too bad i get so busy i end up working all the way through lunch. :/

me and elise_maxwell went shopping and got new geeky goodies. ie. monitors that, to quote her, are "shinier than sin". XD i no longer have any room on my desk. D: i am also amused to no end at swtjemz buying the same laptop i have. see spatial comparison. ;[]v

holy fsck. *_______* the slower songs are kindof meh, but their slow stuff tends to take a while to grow on me. flower girl is nice. 'wrong number' was instantly my favourite track, and now that there's a pv? and live? *fans self* guh. also, badass junsu from 'hey!' makes an awesome ringtone. XD

one ok rock - kanjou effect
effing beyond amazing. i practically never love every song on an album, but this one is total w-in., especially the tracks 'living dolls' and 'break my strings'. the hidden track is... well. *cough*

•seventh ave.• yes, i am just now getting to listen to this. weirdo for not wanting to 'til i had my own copy but whatever. sadly, after the amazingness that were mirotic and kanjou effect, i feel like such a horrible fangirl for only liking 3 songs on seventh ave. that weren't already released as singles: new day, urban dance ('adult na night flavor' *dies*), and rock it.
•can't get back• love the song. srsly. video is made of awesome if one ignores the creepy-ass clown.
•ryuichi's new hair• YES.
•randomness• so i noticed when i was updating the site that there wasn't any sort of photobook released this year. it's also about time for a new works dvd. hopefully there'll be something soon, like early next year since it's going to be a while before we get another album, i'd imagine.

so, i'm sure most of you have heard about ryuichi's indies side project by now. i... want to like them. >_>; the music is pretty good, but i am sadly reminded of why i strongly dislike most j-rock groups: my utter inability to listen to the singers' voices without cringing. i wish them all the best, still. ganbatte, ryu!

omg the last episode was made of awesome. radek! ♥ i am sad the show is ending, but if they can't come up with any new enemies, it may be for the best. i mean, michael? *smacks writers* also, sci-fi is apparently doing a week-long sga marathon of the entire series in the week leading up to the finale on january 9. ^^b

no more tennant! *cries* but i hear david hewlett is interested in the part. XDDD

has it really been four months since i've updated? *fails hardcore* not that i can say much, it's been three months since i've updated here and even longer since there's been anything resembling a real entry. anyways, new stuff on the site: seventh ave. mp3s, album scans, con goods scans (thank you wifey ♥), junon for oct, nov, and dec (anyone get the sep issue they'd like to let me borrow to scan since i was too broke to buy when it was out?), pvs for tokyo, everyday, and can't get back.
